Last night I went to a Pinterest Party. If you don't know what that is, it's basically when everyone you invite brings there favorite Pinterest recipe. I decided to make these S'more Bars that I had pinned for a long time. They turned out pretty good, so I thought I would post the recipe.
I love S'mores, but there really messy. I don't know if there just messy in general or maybe its just me thats messy. Haha. So this is a clean way to eat a yummy s'more but with a fork! It was a pretty easy recipe so I'll have how to make it down below!
Thanks for reading! -Amber

S'more Bar Recipe

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup fine graham crackers
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 milk Hershey Bars
1 jar marshmallow cream

How to:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Line a 9 by 9 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, graham crackers, baking soda, and salt. Then set aside.
In a bowl, with a electric mixer, mix together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
After that is mixed, add in egg and vanilla extract.
With the mixer set on low, add in the dry ingredients slowly.
Divide dough in half, press half of the dough onto the bottom of the pan. Then put the chocolate bars on top of the dough.
Add the marshmallow onto the chocolate and place the rest of the rolled out dough on top of the marshmallow.
Then bake for 27-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting.

And you have S'more Bars!
